How do I sign up for a membership? You can sign up for a membership by clicking "sign up" on our membership page, it will redirect you to our app which will make setting up and managing your membership easy. You can also visit us in our office for help signing up.
How do I cancel my membership? You can cancel your membership at anytime using our mobile app or by visiting the office at our Black Diamond Car Wash location.
Why is the automatic bay not recognizing my membership for more than one vehicle? Memberships are specific to one vehicle but if you have multiple vehicles in your family, we offer discounts for 2nd and 3rd vehicle memberships. If you are in need of a fleet account, we have got you covered just swing by the office and we will happily assist you.
What is the height restrictions for the touch free automatic bay? Our automatic is 0x0 allowing cars, vans, and most trucks.
What are the operating hours? We are open 24/7 and the property is well lit at night to allow you to wash your vehicles. Occasionally we will be closed during sustained sub zero temperatures to protect our plumbing and equipment.
What do I do if the automatic bay is not recognizing my membership due to a new license plate or new car? You can update your new license plate number using the mobile app, or you can always swing into the office and we can assist you with updating your account.
Do you accept cash when paying at kiosk? Yes, we accept cash or card as a form of payment for both automatic and self-serve bays.

What are the height restrictions for the self-serve bays? Our self-serve bays are 12x14ft and 33ft long allowing semi's, campers, RV's, boats, and taller vehicles to access the wash bays.
How do I get my student, veteran, or first responder discount? You must come into the office when signing up for your membership with either your Student ID, Veterans ID, or First Responder ID Card to receive your discount.

What is the Touch Free Automatic Wash? The Touch Free Automatic Wash is the latest technology! No equipment ever touches your vehicle. The equipment uses a high pressure system to wash and rinse your car. Your cars position is senses and the machine avoids any obstacles on your vehicle.
